  1. Porting charge is $20 per number
  2. Porting times vary but usually take 1 week

Q: What are the porting costs for an ISDN number?
These numbers need to be configured as PSTN lines before getting ported.

Q: What are the porting costs for a PSTN number?
CAT A: single number - $20
CAT C: 1-5 numbers - $80
CAT C: 6-100 numbers - $160
CAT C: 101+ numbers - $240
CAT C: 1300 or 1800 number - $95

What are the porting costs for a 100 number range?
CAT C: 6-100 numbers - $160

Q: Will my provider charge me to have my number ported?
Some providers may charge to break a contract or port your number. 99% of our customers have not been charged to have their number ported.

By submitting this form you accept the following:

  • I am authorised to act on behalf of the legal lessee of the numbers listed in this request.
  • I authorise Clouded Communications Pty Ltd to act on my behalf and to sign any associated paperwork for the purposes of porting the numbers listed above.
  • I understand that Clouded Communications Pty Ltd takes no responsibility if any of my other telecommunications services are disconnected as a result of my number port request and accept the additional terms laid out below.

I understand that when a number is ported, any services associated with this number could be cancelled as part of the porting process, and I will no longer receive an invoice from my current provider for this line. Please do not contact your current provider and ask for the line to be cancelled.

Some broadband services require you to have a phone line for service - please check your service requirements before choosing which numbers to port and please ensure you have read our porting guide before proceeding.

I accept that Clouded Communications Pty Ltd takes no responsibility if any of my other telecommunications services are disconnected as a result of my number port request. This includes internet services and linked numbers.
